JeffriAnne is current the Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Shaker Heights School District, as well as the Senior Research Scientist for NCWIT (National Center for Women & Information Technology). Her educational background includes a B.A. in Communication Arts from Allegheny College, an M.A. in Sociology from Cleveland State University, and a PhD in Sociology from the University of Florida. She is a recognized pioneer, thought leader, and subject matter expert on the intersectional nature of diversity and inclusion.
