The TCGi Foundation built the Mentorship Program for Black females facing barriers in their tech journey. We wanted to create access—because access is everything.

Our program offers coaching, career advice, resume assistance, networking help, and more. We pair our mentees with seasoned tech professionals who navigate them through their tech journey.

I changed careers from banking to tech, and with that switch, I didn't have the opportunity for an internship. It was sink or swim. When I became a mentor, I was given the chance to fully prepare my mentee for the tech industry, so that she would never have to worry about sinking like I once did.
